If you have large or tight breasts, you may be prone to acne. This is because the size of the breasts is so large that they touch each other and there is no space between them. Due to the friction generated between the two, humidity increases, further increasing the risk of acne.
Always wear a bra in your size, do not opt for bras that are too tight. If your bra is smaller than your actual size, you become more prone to acne due to the increased humidity.
Use of irritants
Irritants like body sweat, depilatory creams, perfumes, and waxing can cause a skin reaction, which increases the risk of infection and acne.
If you sweat a lot or exercise a lot, you are more likely to clog your sebaceous glands, and therefore more acne.
We have often heard that hormonal changes lead to acne on the face. Likewise, it also affects the rest of your body, including the breast. An increase in male hormones in the body can cause excessive secretion of sebum and acne.
Eating foods that are fatty or high in complex carbohydrates or trans fats can increase your risk of acne. This food can lead to weight gain and increased fat deposition on the chest, which will create more friction, hence acne.
During stress, the production of cortisol increases in your body, which further results in excess production of sebum by the glands.

If you experience redness and pain all around the breast, especially while breastfeeding, there is a possibility of infection of the mammary glands.
Ahuja suggests that people know what is best for their skin, include more fruits and vegetables in their diet, wear the right size bra, personal hygiene is essential. She also advised performing breast exercises so that their breasts did not sag and were a good size and fit.
