Javed loves spending time in the sun. She posts several outdoor photos and videos on Instagram. In this reel, Javed is seen walking through the trees near a swimming pool, and even picks a flower. Spending time outdoors has many benefits. In this Instagram post, Javed opened up about his past issues with bodyshamers. She says she has a lot more confidence in her body right now and she doesn’t care what people think of her body because she knows she leads a healthy lifestyle. “I’m fitter, I feel better, so I don’t care if people comment on my belly or my weight.”
In an interview with women fitness, Javed opened up about his lifestyle and wellness routine. She says that while she doesn’t give much thought to her diet, a lot of it involves cooking her own food. “I don’t follow any specific diet, but I eat healthy, homemade foods,” says Javed. “I’m not very dietetic. I eat what I want.”
In the same Instagram post, Javed admitted that she wasn’t always comfortable with her body. She wrote that she didn’t take care of herself and was obsessed with her weight. “I gained a little weight but let me tell you something, before I was starving myself,” she wrote. “I used to only eat one sandwich a day and nothing else. I was thin, very thin but my God, I was so weak and always in a bad mood.” Javed wrote that she is currently leading a more balanced life and it is working for her. “I have a more balanced lifestyle and I’m happy,” she said.
Javed tells Women Fitness that she doesn’t think too much about her diet and that mindset extends to her training. “I don’t have an intense workout routine, but I take care of my eating habits which help me stay in shape,” she says. Javed says she likes core exercises to stay in shape. “My routine includes basic cardio sessions.”
