Gaffka has broken down his favorite foods and meals for closer online. She revealed that she ate quite healthily, largely because she was getting advice from a trainer. “I have a meal plan put together by a personal trainer to keep me on track. I have a good coffee machine, so I’m going to make myself a coconut white dish first. Since then, she has met with local officials and written letters to help advance her causes. “What kicked things off for me was hearing how big a deal this is becoming, people are bringing it to the fore – but it’s not new, and it’s not something that will never go away,” she said. said POPSugar. “It’s not even something that’s just getting started. If there’s one thing I’ve always said I wanted to do with the platform I was given, it was to help the others, and it was just something that I felt naturally connected to. Gaffka is about body positivity and acceptance. She wrote on her Instagram story that she worked to be happy with her body through all of her changes. “My body is 100% normal in all stages! My stomach is never completely flat, because I have a uterus and you swell throughout the day. ‘When I sit down, my stomach rolls and sticks out ( like everyone else) My thighs hold a majority of my weight, sometimes they have cellulite, sometimes they don’t, but they always wiggle 100% I have days where I have to jump to put on certain pants and I’m frustrated that something that fit me yesterday didn’t fit me today.
