Working the legs and lower body is just as important as working the core and upper body. The main benefit of spending time in the sun is getting more vitamin D. According to the CDC“The skin can only produce a limited amount of vitamin D at a time. Once the body has reached this limit, spending more time in the sun will not continue to increase vitamin D levels.”
