De Lima likes to share her workouts on her Instagram and TikTok pages. She likes to post videos of herself doing different exercises, and even has an Instagram story dedicated to fitness. In the climax, De Lima does a lot of strength exercises. She is seen doing side pull-ups, kettlebell squats and lifting small dumbbells above her head. De Lima loves going to the tennis courts and taking lessons. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself posing on the court, racquet in hand, where she revealed how much she loves playing tennis. She captioned the photo: “Here taking tennis lessons I’m obsessed! Then I’ll upload videos, I promise if you try it you’ll be as attached as I am. I’ll never go back to the gym with this.”

In some of De Lima’s Instagram fitness photos and videos, she is seen doing leg and lower body exercises. Some of his favorites include fire hydrants, donkey kicks, and kettlebell squats. Working the legs and lower body is just as important as working the core and upper body. De Lima is a big fan of practicing yoga. She likes it so much that she is even a spokesperson for Alo Yoga. De Lima’s love of yoga benefits both her body and her mind. De Lima loves getting out and spending time in the sun, and she makes sure to take a ton of pictures when she does. she posted several great photos by itself enjoy time outdoors and in the sun. The main benefit of spending time in the sun is getting more vitamin D. According to the CDC“The skin can only produce a limited amount of vitamin D at a time. Once the body has reached this limit, spending more time in the sun will not continue to increase vitamin D levels.”
