When Culpo needs to eat healthy, she aims to follow a low carb diet. “I’m trying really hard,” she told HollywoodLife. “I really try to cut carbs when I’m not working. When I’m preparing for something and I’m good, I cut out the carbs. So my ideal good day would be egg whites, avocado, turkey bacon for breakfast. Then for lunch I would have a salad with protein, and for dinner I would have vegetables with protein.”

Culpo likes to make his own food. She says to Style caster that she likes to cook healthy meals for herself. “I’ve done everything from sweet potato toast to sautéed vegetables with ginger and soy. I feel healthier when I cook the food myself.” “Besides being an excellent source of vitamins A and C, sweet potatoes are a good source of fiber, vitamin B-6 and potassium. And like all vegetables, they’re relatively low in calories — half of a large sweet potato has just 81 calories,” explains the Mayo Clinic.
