Rose tells HollywoodLife.com that she is not afraid of changes, whether for her career or her life. “Change in my world is always good. Of course, there is always apprehension. As a professional wrestler, Rose naturally has to spend a lot of time training. She says Bodybuilding and fitness that she prioritizes her recovery days, as they have a lot of benefits for her body. “Recovery is very important considering the amount of training we do,” she says. “For me, rest is number 1, because I need my seven to eight hours of sleep each night. And whenever I can do body work, like a massage or a chiropractor session, I do it. .”
