Krzan spends a lot of time in the water. She posts a lot of beach and pool photos on her Instagram. Naturally, she likes to swim to stay in shape. she posted this photo of herself on a duck-shaped float. Krzan also shared this photo of her wading in the ocean. She captioned it, “I’d jump in there right now.”

Swimming isn’t the only water activity Krzan likes to do to stay in shape. She also likes paddle boarding. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself on her Instagram board. Krzan posted these photos and videos on Instagram of herself paddleboarding on a lake. She also paddleboarded while vacationing in the Maldives and posted this photo of herself and her friend. She captioned the post, “I swam, time to fly.”

Krzan doesn’t just do outdoor activities when it’s hot. She also likes to do things in the cold. One thing she enjoys doing is ice skating. On a trip to Central Park, Krzan went skating on the lake. she posted this video and this photo on Instagram of herself skating, captioned, “The 2026 Winter Olympics are mine.” Ice skating has many benefits. New England Baptist Hospital reports, “Ice skating is an activity where you work nearly every major muscle group with an emphasis on your lower body and core (abdominal) muscles. Maintaining your balance while you work yourself on the ice is a great challenge that engages your core and builds stability through the legs. Skating is a low impact activity, which causes less stress on the joints, compared to other exercises like running. However, once as you start jumping and spinning, the skating can become high impact.

After winning Miss Poland, Krzan opened up about herself in an interview with Missosology.org. She says she is extremely comfortable with who she is. “I always try to be myself, so finding something that people don’t know about me is really hard. The only thing that comes to mind is that only a small group of people know that apart from being a tough woman, I am also a very sensitive and tender person who sometimes needs to be left alone and overcome every weakness on my own.”

Krzan has a positive approach to life, especially when it comes to contests. She tells Missosology.com that she hopes other contestants have the same attitude as her. “I am sure that I will try to encourage and help them as much as possible. After participating in Miss Universe, I will have enough knowledge to share with others. The most important thing, in my opinion, before participating in beauty pageants is to remember that we are beautiful, intelligent girls and the results of the pageant will NOT change that.”
