Iggy knows the secret to flat abs has as much to do with diet as it does with exercise. During an Instagram Q&A, she revealed that she eats extremely healthy. “For me, the diet is what does the trick,” she said. “When I eat fairly basic, clean. Whole fruits (foods), meats and vegetables, that’s when my abs start to show more.”
According to Iggy, twerking also helps him stay in shape.
