Georgina eats healthy, mainly because she and Ronaldo have the same diet. “We tend to eat the same way because we always eat together,” she told InStyle. One of the ways she makes sure her family eats healthy is by cooking their meals. “My star dish is lentils with chorizo,” she said of the popular Spanish dish.
Georgina doesn’t just eat with her soccer fiancé (rumoured!) – she also sweats with him. The two regularly train together. In an interview with Women’s Health, she admitted she was initially “embarrassed” to train with the athlete. However, she made it a priority to follow him. During the pandemic, the two have been regularly photographed training together outdoors.
Rodriguez spends a lot of time at the gym. One way she maximizes the burn is by using resistance bands, especially when doing leg and lower body exercises. In this reel she demonstrates different leg workouts at home with a resistance band placed above her knees.

In his interview with In the style she confessed that when Cristiano is out of town, she and their kids indulge in not-so-healthy foods. “If he’s with the team or going to an away game, me and the kids spoil each other. We ask for pizzas, for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn.”
