Fernanda trains regularly. On the reality show and on Instagram, she can often be found sweating it out in the gym. In a recent clip, she shows off some of her exercise moves, including jump rope, weight lifting, stretching, and squats.
Fernanda recently started boxing. In fact, her new boyfriend is a boxer. “We met at [the] 5th Street Gym in Miami Beach,” the star revealed to In Touch. “I started training boxing there and one day, in the middle of my training, this tall, handsome guy walks in and starts to eating pizza in front of my tired and hungry face LOL. We exchanged very strong looks [then] the rest [is] the story …”
Fernanda prioritizes her mental health and seeks professional advice. “It helped me a lot,” she admitted. “I’m really happy to be in such a [a] best emotional place where I can have a healthy relationship without any of the toxic patterns from my past. However, I’m still working on myself [and my] growth. Always trying to be better not just for myself but for the people around me.”
Fernanda is a big fan of the Workout Buddy system. Luckily for her, her boyfriend is the perfect workout buddy.
