I have lots of small meals, which is best for me,” she says. “I found that eating three large meals made me feel too full and felt tired, especially after lunch. I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, egg whites, oatmeal, a little chicken, eggs, rice – that’s mostly my diet.”
