Perry opened up about her wellness, health and fitness secrets in an interview with women fitness. She says she likes to use different workout apps to stay in shape. Perry has one app in particular that she uses a lot. “Right now I downloaded the Workouts by Katya app and did her booty workout for 8 weeks. That’s 5 days a week for 30-45 minutes. I love it.”
Cardio is an important part of Perry’s fitness routine. She tells Women Fitness that she does cardio exercises several days a week because they both help keep her body in shape and further her wrestling career. “I also do cardio 4 days a week for 45 mins to 60 mins. I feel like the cardio always breaks up any pain from wrestling; it also keeps the body super toned and helps my stamina and stamina for the If people are trying to lose weight fast, tone up, or just feel fitter, I would recommend doing 45 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week.”
Perry eats healthily, but she’s also not afraid to indulge. I always try to eat healthy, but if I crave something, then I eat it. Tomorrow is a new day where I can start from scratch. I struggled a lot with eating disorders in high school, so I have to set limits so I don’t trigger bad habits.”
Perry has amazing hair and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Women Fitness that she knows what works for her hair, especially what it can’t handle. “The key to gorgeous hair is knowing the limits of your hair. I’ve had my hair melted 3 different times and I’ve had all types of extensions and they all ripped my hair out, basically. except clips and sewn in weave. Now I wear wigs if I want to do platinum or super cool colors. My hair is thick and healthy again because I just let it grow out. I know we don’t want to hear that, but the secret to great hair is not to change the color every two weeks, don’t use a lot of heat, and be patient.”
Perry makes sure to eat a healthy diet and incorporates plenty of protein into her daily diet. She says she likes to drink protein shakes and drinks them before bed when she feels she is not getting enough. “If I feel like I’ve run out of protein, I’ll have a shake before bed,” she says women’s health. “I definitely notice a big difference when I do this. When I add extra protein and work really hard, I gain more muscle.”
