Green is a professional wrestler with NXT. Naturally, this is the main way she stays in shape. “I like the physique of being a wrestler,” Green said. fitness girls. “The bumps and bruises I get are the best part of my job. A big part of Green’s wellness routine is consistency. “In wrestling, we don’t have an offseason,” she told Fitness Gurls. “So, unlike most sports, we don’t have time to binge or take a vacation from the gym. That in itself is a blessing and a curse. I constantly stay in the gym and I make sure my workout routines are ones I can maintain 24/7, unlike fad diets.”

As Green trains hard, she also takes time to recover her body. She tells Fitness Gurls that rest days are very important to her fitness routine. “There are a lot of injuries that come with my job. I learned to train around these, knowing when to REST.”
