Bethenny has no interest in using filters to look younger. “I thought it was time to do a zero makeup, straight out of the shower, selfie for all of you non-plastic non-surgeons… you are naturally beautiful…. You won’t find Bethenny endorsing fad diets. “I’m old enough to know that fat-free was a fad, low-carb, eating your weight in meat and cheese was a phase, keto was a fad, the Zone was a moment, and so on. . so yeah, I eat carbs. I eat everything, but I don’t stuff myself,” she said. Good Housekeeping.
Bethenny focuses on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. “What I eat has no consistency,” she told Good Housekeeping. “Today was an egg white omelet with a baked potato and some fries for lunch. Sometimes it’s arugula with tomato, avocado and parmesan cheese. Pureed soups are a mainstay for me.”
Bethenny isn’t one of those stars who spends a lot of time planning her workouts. “My philosophy on diet and exercise is to do what you can when you can,” she explained in a 2019 Instagram post. “If I’m near a beach, I do a hour walk If I have time I will make a yoga DVD I don’t believe in fear based, torturous and aggressive exercises Life is too short and stressful to be afraid to do something for an hour. Additionally, extreme exercise creates extreme hunger.
Bethenny chooses self-care and family over career and clothing size. “I choose time with my daughter and sleep first,” she revealed.
Even though Bethenny doesn’t follow a diet, you won’t find her too greedy either. “I love food and I eat whatever I want but I NEVER binge,” she said in the same Instagram post. “I don’t blame myself for what I ate or brag about what I didn’t eat. Food is not your best friend or your enemy. It’s just food. I have a good relationship with her.”
Bethenny focuses on finding activities to improve her physical and mental health that also allow her to rest and relax. “People always ask me if I’ll ever relax…I’m very insular and love to take a break and heal. Beach walks, swimming, sleeping and self-care are my therapy,” he said. -she writes on Instagram.
Bethenny encourages goal setting, one day or one week at a time. “Being a mother has changed my perspective immeasurably. I don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions, but I do believe in daily and weekly resolutions: to be a better person, parent, philanthropist and partner.
