Bethenny has no interest in using filters to look younger. “I thought it was time to do a zero makeup, straight out of the shower, selfie for all of you non-plastic non-surgeons… you are naturally beautiful…. Even though Bethenny doesn’t follow a diet, you won’t find her too greedy either. “I love food and I eat whatever I want but I NEVER binge,” she said in the same Instagram post. “I don’t blame myself for what I ate or brag about what I didn’t eat. Food is not your best friend or your enemy. It’s just food. I have a good relationship with her.”

Bethenny focuses on finding activities to improve her physical and mental health that also allow her to rest and relax. “People always ask me if I’ll ever relax…I’m very insular and love to take a break and heal.
