Ananya is a yogi. She enjoys working out for the physical and mental benefits. She also maintains that it’s great for her skin. “It brightens up my face and gets the happy hormones flowing, which, in turn, gives my cheeks a rosy color,” she said. vogue. Then every Sunday it’s burgers galore,” she told Vogue. “I’m happiest with my body when it’s well-nourished, well-rested, and well-exercised. More than trying to reach a target weight or size, I pursue happiness more by simply being kind to my body.”
Another of Panday’s must-have workouts? “My favorite is Pilates. It’s great for stretching and I’m not flexible at all, so it really relaxes my body,” she told Vogue. Panday is not a big fan of the gym. Instead, she prefers to exercise at home. “I have SO many workouts for working out at home without equipment or at the gym, and they’re going to make working out together so much fun!” she wrote alongside a video of herself getting physical. “Throughout your workday, look for reasons to get up and move. Walk while you’re on the phone or take five minutes every hour to get up and walk through every room in your house. Walking has been shown to improve mood, boost creativity and improve concentration, making it an overall win for your health and productivity,” says penn medicine.
