Zavala revealed some of her fitness secrets to People. She says she focuses on herself and her own journey, and doesn’t compare herself to others. Zavala says it helps her stay motivated and consistent. “We need to calm down first and not compare ourselves,” she says. “Because you often see on Instagram that other moms are already skinny that nothing has happened to them, and one is tormented thinking ‘I’m still missing those pounds’ and what I did is eating healthy.”
Zavala has a busy schedule and life. However, this does not prevent him from exercising. She tells People that she always makes time to work out, even if it’s fast. “You can still do it, even if it’s like 20 minutes and get there with all the fatigue in the world,” she says. “And gradually the air of the body, returning to normal.”
