So the dogs are happy and content living in small kennels just as the dogs in Wales chose to give birth on bare concrete       And they make no attempt to get out - to me that sounds like sheer terror

Legislation yes but they are not going to limit the numbers of dogs a person can own and breed from therefore are we going to see the more of the same such a John Bolland with is 700, maybe 1,000 breeding bitches plus puppies operating from Eire. All legal and licensed flooding the UK with more sickly puppies?  I dread the thought - the quicker we stop the sale of puppies from pet shops and dealers the better. Then the Irish breeders/puppy farmers will at least not have a mass market for their puppies in the UK.
