So the dogs are happy and content living in small kennels just as the dogs in Wales chose to give birth on bare concrete  :mad:     And they make no attempt to get out - to me that sounds like sheer terror   :mad:
The question is not, can they reason? Nor, can they talk? But rather, can they suffer?

Legislation yes but they are not going to limit the numbers of dogs a person can own and breed from therefore are we going to see the more of the same such a John Bolland with is 700, maybe 1,000 breeding bitches plus puppies operating from Eire. All legal and licensed flooding the UK with more sickly puppies?  I dread the thought - the quicker we stop the sale of puppies from pet shops and dealers the better. Then the Irish breeders/puppy farmers will at least not have a mass market for their puppies in the UK.
